A year after the arrival of season three of Star Trek: Picard on Paramount+ and the release of its soundtrack, a second edition has been released with even more music from the series. On August 16, 2024, Lakeshore Records released digitally Star Trek: Picard Season 3, Volume 2—Original Series Soundtrack. It includes music by Stephen Barton and Frederik Wiedmann from the Star Trek: Picard season, which was also viewed by many as a reunion of Star Trek: The Next Generation.

Lakeshore Records is set to release Star Trek: Picard Season 3, Volume 2—Original Series Soundtrack digitally on August 16 with music by Stephen Barton and Frederik Wiedmann who are sharing another volume of their fresh take on the classic themes that provided a thrilling backdrop to the third and final season of the beloved series.
STAR TREK: PICARD streams exclusively on Paramount+ in the U.S. and is distributed concurrently by Paramount Global Content Distribution on Amazon Prime Video in more than 200 countries and territories. In Canada, it airs on Bell Media’s CTV Sci-Fi Channel and streams on Crave.
Along with announcing this new album, a preview was released ahead of its arrival on August 16, 2024. It includes the track Welcome to the Enterprise from the episode entitled The Last Generation. This really is the moment that is the reunion of The Next Generation crew aboard the Enterprise.
The original soundtrack for the third season of Star Trek: Picard had 45 tracks of music from the season. Volume 2 brings an additional 38 tracks of third-season music from Star Trek: Picard. The full track list can be seen here:
