The Bakery Tour has reopened at Disney California Adventure after a being closed for a refurbishment. The tour gives guests a chance to learn about the history of sourdough bread and see how bread is made first hand. The tour is hosted by the Boudin Bakery and can be found in San Fransokyo Square. It begins with a sample of the bread and a video explanation hosted by Colin Mochrie and Rosie O’Donnell.

The Bakery Tour is a fun way to see first-hand how sourdough bread is made and also get a taste of it along the way.
