Disney Private VIP Tours may be the most luxurious and efficient way to tour Walt Disney World for groups up to 10 guests. This special service provides a customized itinerary for the day where basically “if you can dream it, you can do it!” The day starts with a knowledgeable and caring personal VIP Tour Guide picking you up from your Resort Hotel in a private vehicle. The group’s priorities determine what follows. This may include expedited entry into attractions and shows in one or more parks. The VIP Tour Guide is highly trained in all things Disney, from parks history to the best way to navigate summer crowds or find your favorite snack. If your peak Disney experience is letting the professionals handle the planning so you can relax and enjoy the experience, then a Private VIP Tour may be for you!
How to Book
Disney Vacation Club members are eligible for this deal when they purchased directly from Disney and are eligible for Membership Extras. Reservations may be made by calling (407) 560-4033. The discount is available on new reservations only and the number of tours set aside for this offer are limited.
The regular price for VIP Tours ranges from $450 to $900 per hour, depending on the season. There is a minimum tour duration of 7 continuous hours. All ages are welcome on the tour, including infants.
The Fine Print
- All VIP Tours require valid theme park admission, which is not included in the price of the tour.
- Disney Park Pass reservation is also required for park entry.
- Disney Private VIP Tours at the Walt Disney World Resort are very popular and may be limited in availability. Advance reservations are highly recommended. Learn when advance reservations can be made.
- The number of tours allocated for this offer is limited.
- Offer is only available to eligible Disney Vacation Club Members. Eligible Disney Vacation Club Member must pay for the tour and be on the tour. Offer is nontransferable and proof of eligibility is required at the time of booking. A valid digital Disney Vacation Club Membership Card and photo ID are required at the time of the tour.
- All Private VIP Tours must be booked for a minimum duration of 7 continuous hours, and your party may include up to 10 Guests, including infants.
- You will incur a cancellation fee equal to 2 hours at the booked rate per tour if you do not provide at least 48-hour notice when cancelling any Private VIP Tour.
- Entertainment offerings are subject to availability and may be restricted by capacity constraints at the time of booking.
- Disney VIP Tours participate in full security screenings (including bag checks) during your Disney VIP Tour. Guests should be prepared for screenings with their appropriate government issued identification.
- No cameras, video equipment or cellphones may be used while in backstage areas.
- Guests 17 years and under must be accompanied by a paying participating parent or guardian.
