Disney+ has announced that The Simpsons will be releasing a new short on Disney’s streaming service for Star Wars Day. Maggie Simpson in ‘Rogue Not Quite One‘ will have Homer losing Maggie when she hops into Grogu’s pram and goes on a galactic adventure. When faced off against a squadron of TIE Fighters, Maggie returns to Springdale and the battle does too. This new animated short is a celebration of all things Star Wars that is being released on May 4th for Star Wars Day on Disney+.
Ahead of the arrival of this new short on Disney’s streaming service, a first look in the form of key art was released by Disney+. Check it out here:
This is not the first time that The Simpsons have ventured into a galaxy far, far away. Previously, Maggie Simpson in ‘The Force Awakens from Its Nap‘ for Disney+. There also have been other shorts that have been created by The Simpsons for their collection on Disney+.
