Hong Kong Disneyland Announces World of Frozen Opening Timeline

Hong Kong Disneyland has announced that its new Frozen-themed land, World of Frozen, will be opening in November of this year. Earlier today on social media the announcement was made. Hong Kong Disneyland managing director Michael Moriarty and the Hong Kong Disneyland Ambassadors shared the news via a video with the following announcement:

Just in! The Royal Sisters – Elsa and Anna are inviting all of us to Arendelle for Summer Snow Day celebration. The world’s first and biggest Frozen-themed land will be officially open at @hkdisneyland in NOVEMBER! Exclusive and exciting encounters await, so mark your calendar now for a trip to #WorldOfFrozen!

The news was also shared on Disney Parks’ social media as well. Their post took a slightly different approach and said:

#WorldofFrozen at Hong Kong Disneyland opens in November 2023!!! For the first time in forever, guests will be invited from near and far to take part in a Summer Snow Day at the kingdom of Arendelle.

It will be home to multiple attractions, including the first Frozen-themed coaster, Wandering Oaken’s Sliding Sleighs, the Frozen Ever After boat ride and a character experience at the Playhouse in the Woods. Plus a restaurant, merchandise outlets and many other things to do!
