On Friday November 11, the 2022 Disney Festival of Holidays kicked off at the Disneyland Resort in Disney California Adventure. A big part of this kickoff was the evening performances of Phat Cat Swinger, the West Coast’s little big band! This mainstay of Disney Festival of Holiday came with two sets that lit up the night of Disney California Adventure with its musical magic. During the course of two sets, the band brought back some fan favorites and also introduced some new songs to celebrate the spirit of the season.
Phat Cat Swinger is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year. Through the last two decades, Phat Cat Swinger has brought musically solid and energetic performances to audiences around the globe. The last few years, they have been featured at Disney Festival of Holidays and also the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival. The band also performed earlier this year at Disneyland After Dark: Sweethearts’ Nite. During this special event at Disneyland, the band played as the Aristocats of Yessingham.
Phat Cat Swinger will be performing throughout Disney Festival of Holidays from Wednesday nights through Saturday nights. This will continue through the entirety of Disney Festival of Holidays which ends on January 8, 2022. The band will perform at 6:00 PM and 7:15 PM each of these nights, unless noted otherwise on the Disneyland entertainment schedule or on Phat Cat Swinger’s Instagram.
