Disneyland Paris has updated its operations to be in line with health and safety protocols as the pandemic continues to impact lives around the world and the operations at the European Disney park. Starting on January 3rd, Disneyland Paris has changed its operations and offerings to attempt to combat the ongoing coronavirus and its most recent variant.

In a post added to the Disneyland Paris website, the updated operations were outlined. While several things remain the same, the updates cut back on some of the entertainment offerings. They are currently scheduled to last for three weeks.

Disneyland Paris Updated Operations:

Given the current situation and the latest measures from authorities, we have made the decision to adapt our operations with the following changes as of January 3 for a duration of three weeks, in line with government guidance:
– Disney Illuminations will be suspended
– Frozen: A Musical Invitation show at Animation Celebration will be temporarily replaced with Selfie Spots featuring Frozen Characters
– Bars in Disney Village and Disney Hotels will continue to operate with customers seated at tables only
We will continue to adapt our operations as necessary.
Guests can continue to enjoy our beloved attractions, Disney Characters, and signature parade.
We look forward to welcoming you to Disneyland Paris very soon and wish you Happy Holidays!

Guests wishing to visit Disneyland Paris must have a Health Pass. This is required for any guest over 12 years and 2 months old and applies to both of the parks at Disneyland Paris, the Disney Hotels, and also the Disney Village. More details about the Health Pass can be found on the Disneyland Paris website. Guests six years old and older are also required to wear face masks at all times and places while visiting Disneyland Paris.
