Just in time for Walt Disney World’s 50th Anniversary Celebration, the Main Street Confectionery hosted by Mars Wrigley will be opening on September 29th. The newly reopened store will offer interactive opportunities for guests to customize the treats to satisfy a sweet tooth. It will also allow guests to again watch as sweets made by hand.
One new feature of the Main Street Confectionery will be the collection of M&M’s and SKITTLES that can be found and purchased in the store. In fact, there will be 38 varieties! There will also now be the possibility to customize popcorn. There are four flavors to choose from and combine: caramel, rainbow fruit, buttery, cheddar.
There will also be the opportunity to watch the cast members in the candy kitchen where treats are made and decorated. There are over 30 new items that can’t be purchased anywhere else are being made. This includes character-inspired candy apples and Mickey crisped rice cereal treats.
There will also be where treats themed to The World’s Most Magical Celebration can be purchased.
