EPCOT Forever Says Farewell

EPCOT Forever, the fireworks show in the World Showcase Lagoon, has said goodbye to EPCOT and Walt Disney World Resort. This show was always meant to be a temporary filler between Illuminations: Reflections of Earth and Harmonious.

EPCOT Forever opened on October 1, 2019 and was expected to have a short run. However, due to the pandemic, the show continued on when Walt Disney World reopened and the opening of Harmonious was set for October 1, 2021. The new show will begin with soft openings on September 29, 2021 and have its official grand opening on October 1, 2021 as a part of The World’s Most Magical Celebration.

DAPS MAGIC team member Roger was on hand for the final presentation of EPCOT Forever. Below is the video that he shot as this show ended its run.
