Harrison Ford Sustains Injury While Shooting Indiana Jones 5

Harrison Ford has been injured while shooting another injury. According to a spokesperson, Ford injured his shoulder while rehearsing for a scene in Indiana Jones 5. The 78 year old actor sustained the injury while rehearsing a fight scene.

“In the course of rehearsing for a fight scene, Harrison Ford sustained an injury involving his shoulder,” says a Disney spokesperson in a statement. “Production will continue while the appropriate course of treatment is evaluated, and the filming schedule will be reconfigured as needed in the coming weeks.”

The film, directed by James Mangold, began filming earlier this month in the U.K. It stars Harrison Ford as Indiana Jones and also has Pheobe Waller-Bridge co-starring in the film.

This is not the first injury that Ford has sustained while filming a movie. He hurt his back while filming Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom. More recently, he broke his leg while filming Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

Currently, Indian Jones 5 is scheduled to hit theaters on on July 29, 2022. This is the most recent release date for the film that has been postponed before. However, at this time it isn’t expected to change again.
