On National Superhero Day, Marvel Studios released a new featurette that looks at the career of Natasha Romanoff or Black Widow. In the featurette, Scarlett Johansson shares that for Black Widow, “it’s time for her story.” Black Widow will be arriving in theaters and also Disney+ with Premier Access on July 9, 2021.

Natasha Romanoff aka Black Widow confronts the darker parts of her ledger when a dangerous conspiracy with ties to her past arises. Joining Johansson in the new feature film are Florence Pugh as Yelena, David Harbour as Alexei/The Red Guardian, and Rachel Weisz as Melina. “Black Widow”—the first film in Phase Four of the Marvel Cinematic Universe—is directed by Cate Shortland and produced by Kevin Feige.
