This morning, tickets went on sale for “A Touch of Disney!” This COVID-safe food event will give guests the opportunity to explore Disney California Adventure Park for the first time in over a year. When tickets became available, fans noticed dates were open until April 19, two weeks longer than expected!
The virtual queue opened to guests at 9 a.m. this morning and continues to be a rollercoaster for Disney fans! While some fans were quoted with a wait of over an hour, some were able to get to the checkout, only to receive an error message. After Disney took some time to reset, the queue was able to move successfully!
While I write this (about noon on March 4) the only day that has sold out is Saturday, March 20 and Saturday, March 27. While fans were still in the queue they noticed a message that stated tickets would be made available for two additional weeks. Disney originally said that they planned to release tickets on a “rolling basis” but I assume that the demand for tickets encouraged Disney to release more this morning.
