Blue Corn Pupusa – GEEK EATS Disney Recipe

Jump to recipe

A popular dish at this year’s Taste of EPCOT International Festival of the Arts this year is the Blue Corn Pupusa. This delicious dish can be found at the Vibrante & Vívido Food Studio. It is a Salvadoran dish with grilled blue masa corn cakes that is stuffed with white cheddar and then topped with shredded pork, guajillo-árbol chile sauce, cabbage slaw, and aji amarillo crema. Just looking at it makes your mouth water.

For those who have gotten to experience it (or haven’t yet) and want to recreate (or create) this culinary experience at home, Disney has shared the recipe for this fan favorite. Give it a try and bring your own Taste of EPCOT International Festival of the Arts home! Then, share your experience with everyone in the comments below!
