LEGO Master Model Builders Make Magic with Disney’s Riviera Resort

LEGO Master

It has been one entire year since Disney’s Riviera Resort opened at Walt Disney World Resort! This special resort marked another opening for Disney Vacation Club members to make magical memories while they stay at Disney! To celebrate this special anniversary, LEGO Master Model Builders made an extra special model of the resort that guests will be able to see in person!

This model took over 300 hours to make! 300 hours is nearly two whole weeks, so you know these builders put a lot of work into the model! The model weighs 100 pounds contains more than 45,000 LEGO elements. This isn’t your average LEGO set!  As you can see in the photo below, the LEGO Master Model Builders even built Disney Skyliner into the model. I am a big fan of kinetic energy, so I loved to see this!

The model will arrive at the Disney Vacation Club Kiosk at Disney Springs early next year. It will stay on display throughout 2021, which will give plenty of guests the opportunity to see all the unique elements of this LEGO model up close! Personally, I can’t wait to see Mickey and Minnie in LEGO form while they enjoy a meal at Topolino’s Terrace!

What do you think of this special LEGO model? Would you have the patience to build one like this yourself? Be sure to connect with us on Twitter and Facebook to let us know what you think!
