Star Wars Veterans Join Cast of “LEGO Star Wars Holiday Special”

We are a little over one month from the debut of LEGO Star Wars Holiday Special! This morning, we got an all-new poster to promote the film’s release, as well as some exciting casting news! When you watch the film on November 17, you just may recognize the voices of Star Wars veterans!

The stars that are confirmed to be returning will also be reprising their roles as the characters they originated! In. the film, you will hear Kelly Marie Tran (Rose Tico), Billy Dee Williams (Lando Calrissian), Anthony Daniels (C-3PO), as well as “Star Wars: The Clone Wars” stars Matt Lanter (Anakin Skywalker), Tom Kane (Yoda, Qui-Gon Jinn), James Arnold Taylor (Obi-Wan Kenobi), and Dee Bradley Baker (clone troopers).

While the name implies that this movie could be anything like the infamous holiday special from 1978, it will take on a life of its own! Rey will set off on her own adventure to understand more about The Force before coming face-to-face with heroes and villains from all nine of the Skywalker Saga films!
