Late last month, Aulani Resort and Spa announced that they would be closing until the end of March. Today, their website has been updated to reflect that they will be closed until further notice and the recommended actions for Disney Vacation Club members and reservations.
If you are a guest with a reservation before June 30, it is recommended that you reach out to Disney directly to move your reservation to a later date. At this time, Disney is waiving all cancellation fees that would be imposed upon the impacted reservations at the resort. If you booked through a third party, reach out to your travel professional to make new arrangements for your stay.
If you are a Disney Vacation Club member, your stay will automatically be canceled. In light of the circumstances, Disney will return Points to the current Use Year without placing them into holding. As Disney is expecting a large call volume during this time, they ask that you only reach out to Member Services if you need assistance with a current reservation.
While Aulani Resort and Spa stays closed, the theme parks and resorts around the world also keep their gates closed to help keep the public safe.
