With “Toy Story 4” hitting theaters this June, spreading the spirit of adventure and
friendship around the world, Shanghai Disney Resort invites guests of all ages to experience their own sense of adventure and friendship with a brand-new Toy Story experience in the park. For the first time ever, guests will hear greetings from Woody throughout all of Shanghai Disneyland as they carry out their summertime adventures. Bo Peep – Woody’s long-lost friend – will also find her way to Shanghai Disney Resort this summer and will be making special appearances and meeting with local guests for the very first time. From mid-June through the end of August, guests can also re-join the toys in Farmer Al’s Splash Around for a nice, cool dose of water-themed fun as part of this interactive seasonal offering.

To make the most of the sweet summer season, Shanghai Disney Resort will be offering multiple limited-time “Summer Afternoon Ticket” options for guests.
• The Summer Afternoon Ticket – Dated Ticket is valid after 4 pm on a selected date from June 17 through August 31 and provides a unique opportunity for guests to spend an unforgettable time together with family and friends at Shanghai Disneyland.
• The Summer Afternoon Ticket – Three Visits is the perfect choice for guests who want to enjoy multiple visits to the park. The Three Visits offer gives guests three separate entries to the park after 4 pm from June 17 to August 31, 2019.
Guests who purchase the Summer Afternoon Ticket can also opt to receive individual cash coupons worth 30 RMB per visit, good toward drinks or ice cream purchases at specified locations on the date of their visit. A summertime shopping paradise awaits at Shanghai Disney Resort, with more than 100 exclusive merchandise items appearing on shelves for a limited time this summer. New collections – the Summer Mickey and Minnie Collection and Summer Duffy and Friends Collection – bring guests the hottest summer gifts, apparel, toys, souvenirs and beyond.
Guests will also find brand-new Toy Story-inspired merchandise across the resort, including items featuring the lovable newcomer Forky, an adorable disposable spork that debuts in “Toy Story 4”. For the first time ever guests will also be able to collect authentic Bo-Peep inspired products – making for must have items for “Toy Story” lovers.
Themed hotel stays make a summertime journey even more magical
Shanghai Disney Resort’s two themed hotels make for a truly memorable holiday stay for families and friends. From June 15 through August 31, the hotels will host a series of summer activities to help guests cool off and relax, including a big outdoor gaming screen every weekend night at both hotels, treasure hunts in the King Triton swimming pool at Shanghai Disneyland Hotel, and water soaker games at the Launch Pad in Toy Story Hotel.
Guests can also explore more Toy Story-themed experiences during a stay at Toy Story Hotel, where they are immersed in a toy-filled world of imagination. At every turn, the hotel is a playground for children, and the young at heart. Guests can even enjoy special in-room decorations, available at an additional cost.
