As Disney continues to move forward with films, we see new imaginings of old stories. With Beauty and the Beast behind us and Lion King ahead of us, we are excited to see stories that we know and love come to a new generation in an exciting new way. Now, we are excited to see “Chip ‘n Dale: Rescue Rangers” come to life in CG and live-action hybrid. With director Akiva Schaffer, it is sure to be a fun film for all!

Rescue Rangers, inspired by the animated classic series from the ’80s and ’90s, followed our favorite chipmunks as detectives. The brothers would travel around the world, fighting crime and cracking cases. There was no case too big and no case too small!

Though there are no official details on the newest iteration of the rescue rangers, it is rumored that the film will be self-referential and meta. We are excited to see how Akiva Schaffer takes on our two favorite gumshoes.
