See the First Weekend of the Holidays at Disneyland Resort Through Our Eyes – DAPs VLOG

The Disneyland Resort just got merrier! With so much to see and do at Disneyland until January 6, we’ve decided we want to share the fun with you! Here is our first weekend of the holidays.

We started off the day with lines upon lines! Parking was definitely difficult and actually ended up closing just after we got to the parks! Luckily, once we were in, Cast Members were doing everything in their power to keep things moving quickly. This is your annual reminder that the holidays are incredibly busy! Please remember that Cast Members are always doing everything they can to keep your days magical!

Once we got in, we were truly walking in a winter wonderland! Though we had both been in since the holidays have started, there was something so fun about getting to be there on a Sunday and share the holidays with some of our favorite people! The holidays even make waiting for “it’s a small world” for over an hour fun!

The rest of our night consisted of seeing what the resort had to offer for the holidays! We head to Disney California Adventure Park to see the citizens of Buena Vista Street and help light up the Christmas Tree before we ate a quick dinner. Then, it was back to Disneyland to see “it’s a small world” at night and wait for the fireworks! Though we weren’t entirely sure the fireworks were going to happen, we waited on Main Street, USA anyway! We were incredibly surprised when they went off anyway, though slightly modified!

Check out the rest of our cold and windy night below!

Join us next week when we take on Mickey Mouse’s birthday at the Disneyland Resort! There’s going to be food and excitement at every turn and we can’t wait to share it with you (especially the food)! Is there anything specifically you want to see us do? Let us know and we will try to make it happen!

We can’t wait to share the magic of the holidays with you!
