Take a Look at the Collector’s Fortress For Guardians of the Galaxy – Mission: BREAKOUT!

Guardians of the Galaxy – Mission: BREAKOUT! Model

Guests visiting the Disneyland Resort, Disney California Adventure in particular, will notice that work is already under way on the Tower of Terror as it transforms to Guardians of the Galaxy – Mission: BREAKOUT!. While the final look may not be easy to envision when looking at this building in Disney California Adventure, the Disney Parks Blog has shared photos and video of the model for what it will look like when Guardians of the Galaxy – Mission: BREAKOUT! opens in the summer of 2017.

This model, created by Walt Disney Imagineers, gives a miniaturized look at what will be recreated in Disney California Adventure for when this new attraction comes to life next year. Imagineer Joe Rohde describes the Collector’s Fortress as a “warehouse, fortress-like power plant.” He speaks about it in the video below. When guests tour this place, they will experience a random variation each time they go through this familiar, yet different, ride.

What do you think of the look of Guardians of the Galaxy – Mission: BREAKOUT!? Are you excited to ride aboard it next summer?
