This past Wednesday night, an event was held in New York City in honor of the Disneynature film, Monkey Kingdom. The film which shines light on a variety of animals in the jungles of South Asia, will head to DVD, Blu-ray and Disney Movies Anywhere on September 15.
The night featured a presentation of the film to an audience at The Crosby Hotel. In addition, Tina Fey (Narrator of Monkey Kingdom), Olivia Holt (Disneynature Ambassador/musical contributor on Bears), Jacquie Lee (Musical contributor on Monkey Kingdom), Mark Linfield (Director of Monkey Kingdom, Chimpanzee & Earth), Will Turner (Chief Scientist at Conservation International) and Paul Baribault (VP of Marketing at Walt Disney Studios) were in attendance.
The event itself was not only for the film but also to celebrate the success of Disneynature’s “global conservation footprint” and more.
