The Disneyland Resort is the New Helmet Sponsor for the Anaheim Ducks

The Anaheim Ducks today announced that the Disneyland Resort is its new helmet sponsor. This will see the iconic Disneyland Resort logo appearing on both sides of Ducks players’ helmets starting in the 2026-2027 NHL season. The logo will appear on the Ducks’ helmets for all home and road regular-season games, Stanley Cup Playoff contests, and all club practices.

Already, the Disneyland Resort has been a sponsor of the Ducks for nearly a decade. Along with this new decal, the sponsorship will also include in-arena signage, social media content, and broadcast elements. Disneyland Resort will also be the presenting sponsor of an Anaheim Ducks home game in the coming season.

This expanded sponsorship continues a long-time relationship between the Ducks and Disneyland Resort. The team was originally founded in 1993 by The Walt Disney Company and was originally known as the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim. This name was inspired by the 1992 Disney film, The Mighty Ducks. They became the Anaheim Ducks in the 2006-2007 season.

“The Anaheim Ducks are more than a hometown team, they are woven into the fabric of our community,” said Disneyland Resort President Jill Estorino. “We’re honored to continue our partnership with an organization that shares our commitment to bringing people together for unforgettable experiences.”

This continues a special relationship between Disneyland Resort and the Ducks. This has included the Anaheim Ducks Day at Disney California Adventure and Downtown Disney District and memorable moments during Ducks games at the Honda Center. For Anaheim Ducks Day, Ducks players and Wild Wing head to The Happiest Place on Earth, where there are interactive hockey activities, unique fan experiences, and specialty merchandise. There are also unique culinary offerings available for Anaheim Ducks Days.

“Our partnership with Disneyland Resort celebrates our organization’s roots and the special bond we continue to share with Disney,” said Aaron Teats, Anaheim Ducks Club President. “Featuring the Disneyland Resort logo on our helmets is a testament to our longstanding partnership and our shared commitment to making a positive impact throughout Orange County. We are honored to represent Disneyland Resort and our community with pride as we continue delivering exceptional experiences for our fans on and off the ice.”

These new helmets will debut during the 2026 Rookie Faceoff this weekend. It will take place at Tech CU Arena and Sharks Ice in San Jose, California. There are 22 players on the roster for the Anaheim Rookie Camp. This includes three first-round draft picks: Roger McQueen (10th overall in 2025), Nikita Klepov (15th overall in 2026), and Marcus Nordmark (28th overall in 2026).

On Saturday, September 12, the Ducks will open their two-game tournament that is scheduled against Colorado at Tech CU Arena. Tournament play against Los Angeles will conclude on Sunday, September 13th and Orange Rink at Sharks Ice. All of the games in the tournament will be streamed live online for fans in each market. The Ducks’ games will be found at AnaheimDucks.com.
