Two new seasons of the popular Netflix series Chef’s Table have been announced. These two new seasons will once again delight viewers and culinary enthusiasts with two new focal points: Chef’s Table: Icons and Chef’s Table: Desserts. The announcement of these two seasons was not accompanied by a revelation of which chefs will be featured in them. This will be coming at a later date, Netflix says.
Chef’s Table creator, director, and executive producer David Gelb said, “‘Chef’s Table’ has always been about more than food — it’s about the personal journey of the chefs who tell stories with their cuisine — the obsession, discipline, and heart that goes into every night of service in their kitchens and dining rooms. For Desserts and Icons, these stories were so exciting to me that I decided to take the camera and direct all eight episodes myself, and I’ve found myself profoundly moved by the experience of filming on the most intimate level with these chefs. After 10 years, our filmmaking team continues to strive to elevate ‘Chef’s Table’ to an even higher level, just like our chefs do in their restaurants every day.”

Chef’s Table: Desserts
“Chef’s Table: Desserts” spotlights the world’s most inventive dessert chefs and the artistry, precision, and imagination behind their craft. The season explores fresh perspectives on sweets and confectionery from around the globe.
Chef’s Table is created by David Gelb. It is a Boardwalk Pictures and David Gelb Films production. David Gelb, Andrew Fried, Brian McGinn, and Dane Lillegard are executive producers.
