Hispanic & Latin American Heritage Month runs from September 15th to October 15th. This is a month-long celebration of Hispanic and Latino history and culture. At Walt Disney World Resort, this is being celebrated in multiple ways. Walt Disney World shared that Puerto Rican superstar Luis Fonsi stopped by The Most Magical Place on Earth to help kick off this celebration. During this visit, he shared his love of music, family, and his Puerto Rican roots.

¡Celebración Encanto! at EPCOT
Part of the visit included a stop by EPCOT to experience ¡Celebración Encanto! This included the spirited music of Encanto and the opportunity to see both Mirabel and Bruno with the dancing Storytellers and Primos. The visit to Walt Disney World also included experiencing Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind along with meeting his favorite Disney character, Mickey Mouse.

“It’s an honor to be part of this celebration and to share all the magia that happens when we come together as one. As a Puerto Rican, I’m incredibly proud of my roots and of the opportunity to celebrate our culture with families from around the world.”
