D23 has announced a screening of the classic film Hocus Pocus in Salem, Massachusetts. The screening is free and will take place on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 8:30 PM at Old Town Hall. The event takes place as Salem celebrates its 400th anniversary. Before the screening takes place, there will be food options available and also photo ops. Salem, MA 01970Join D23 & Creative Collective Salem for a spellbinding evening in the heart of Salem, with a complimentary outdoor screening of Hocus Pocus (1993) at Old Town Hall presented by Huluween on Disney+… the ultimate destination to stream your favorite Halloween movies and TV shows this season! Open to the public, this magical movie night invites locals and visitors alike to gather under the stars for a fa-boo-lously fun celebration for Salem’s 400th anniversary year.
Before the movie begins, visit the Old Town Hall Food Court—an indoor food marketplace with a spooktacular selection of local and regional food vendors serving sweet and savory options, seasonal specialties, and Halloween treats. The food court will be open right up to showtime at 8:30 p.m.

No registration is required to attend, and all are welcome! The movie will begin as soon as it gets dark (approx. 8:15 – 8:30 p.m.), with viewing space available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests are encouraged and welcome to bring their own chairs and blankets for the viewing area. It is sure to be a wickedly wonderful evening… you never know what or who will rise for the occasion!
