One of the biggest signs that Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort is getting close is the return of Oogie Boogie above the entrance of Disney California Adventure. On Tuesday, Oogie Boogie returned to his place above the entrance. This comes ahead of the start of Halloween Time this year on August 21st. The first Oogie Boogie Bash – A Disney Halloween Party will be on August 18th.

Friend of Daps Magic, Mike, stopped by the Disneyland Resort on Tuesday evening and took the following photos and video of the return of Oogie Boogie. In the coming days and weeks, expect more Halloween decorations to continue to be added throughout the Disneyland Resort. Also, expect Oogie Boogie to start talking and laughing as guests approach Disney California Adventure in the Esplanade.

The return of Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort will be accompanied by Plaza de la Familia. Disney California Adventure will be full of seasonal fun from the moment guests enter until they leave. This will include decorations throughout the park, seasonal entertainment, food, and merchandise. Over at Disneyland, the Haunted Mansion Holiday will return as Jack Skellington again takes up residence in New Orleans Square.
