New York City
For the first time since 2023, Disney Cruise Line is returning to New York City. The Disney Wish will be arriving in New York in late September after the ship’s inaugural season in Europe. Once in New York, there will be seven special voyages offered that range from four- to seven-night sailings to a variety of beautiful destinations.
For five of these sailings, the Disney Wish will visit the beautiful beaches of Bermuda. Three sailings will extend the visit by an extra day, giving families a chance to enjoy the island nation’s rich culture and stunning scenery.
Disney Cruise Line will also visit New England and Canada’s Atlantic coast. This will be the first time for these itineraries in nearly four years. They will also depart from New York. The Disney Wish will visit Boston, Massachusetts, St. John, New Brunswick, and Halifax, Nova Scotia. The best part? This will be during the height of autumn! This will provide families with the opportunity to experience these gorgeous fall colors during this beautiful season along New England and Canada’s iconic coastlines.
New Ports
As the Disney Cruise Line continues to expand its fleet, more opportunities are being created to explore the world. For both Fall 2027 and Spring 2028, there will be visits to special ports. This includes more sailings from San Juan, Puerto Rico, along with repositioning cruises that will include maiden calls to destinations during Panama Canal sailings. The repositioning sailings will provide opportunities to see more destinations, along with additional time at sea to enjoy the magic of a Disney Cruise Line ship and its signature onboard entertainment and unforgettable service.
The Disney Wish will sail from New York City to San Juan, Puerto Rico as part of a five-night voyage that includes a stop in Bermuda. The ship will then sail from San Juan on a seven-night Southern Caribbean cruise that includes stops in Aruba, St. Maarten, Bonaire, along with the lovely shores of Dominica, before repositioning to Port Canaveral, Florida as part of a four-night sailing to both of Disney Cruise Line’s island destinations: Disney Castaway Cay and Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point.
