Cricket Green Talks Country Life, City Pigeons, and Big City Greens Season 5 with Mr. Daps

On August 21, 2026, the fifth season of Big City Greens will be broadcast on the Disney Channel at 8:00 p.m. EDT/PDT. On the 22nd, it will be available on Disney+. The first five episodes will be released with this kickoff, with more coming throughout the rest of the year and into 2027.

Ahead of the arrival of this new season, Cricket Green took some time for an interview with Daps Magic to discuss a variety of things. This includes moving from the country to the big city, how he copes with city traffic and mean pigeons, and the secret behind surviving wild adventures with his sister, Tilly. Plus, Cricket drops a hilarious tease about what fans can expect in Season 5, including getting hit by a gamma ray and growing a massive super-soldier leg! Check out the full interview here:

About the Series: “Big City Greens” follows the offbeat adventures of 10-year-old Cricket Green, a mischievous and optimistic country boy who moves to the big city with his wildly out-of-place family — older sister Tilly, father Bill and Gramma Alice. Cricket’s natural curiosity and enthusiasm lead him and his family on epic journeys and into the hearts of his new neighbors. The new season follows the family and their friends as they navigate some of their biggest adventures yet!
