Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort officially kicks off on August 21st. However, things are getting started before that at The Happiest Place on Earth! Already, decorations are appearing in different locations throughout the resort as it transforms away from the Disneyland 70th Celebration. With the first Oogie Boogie Bash – A Disney Halloween Party being held on August 18th, there is also a line of novelties that will be arriving on the same day. These novelties range from popcorn buckets to straw clips to some incredible sippers.
