New Eats and Treats Coming to Ale & Compass at Disney’s Yacht Club Resort at Walt Disney World

Menus are constantly being updated at Disney Parks due to the season change or a new concept. Something delicious is on the horizon at Ale & Compass Restaurant at Disney’s Yacht Club Resort at Walt Disney World beginning July 22.

For breakfast, three items are being featured. The first is Stuffed French Toast. This French toast features a French vanilla stuffing and a seasonal compote. This dish is $16.00

If you want another sweet dish, you may want to enjoy Dark Chocolate Waffles. These waffles are topped with dried cherry compote, espresso-mascarpone cream, and chocolate shavings, and served with your choice of bacon or sausage. This dish is $16.00.

If eggs benedict are your jam, you want to have Crab Cake Eggs Benedict. This dish features poached eggs, pan-seared crab cakes, and hollandaise. This dish is $19.00.

If you’re visiting Ale & Compass during lunch or dinner, you may want to check out these items.

First up is a Blue Crab Bisque. This bisque features chili oil, sherry reduction, and jumbo lump crab. This bisque is $14.00.

Another item you may want to enjoy is Steak Frites. This dish features a grilled 12-ounce New York steak, shoestring fries, and au poivre sauce. The Steak Frites are available during lunch only.

There is also a Maryland-style Crab Cake. This dish is served with corn puree, tomato succotash, roasted baby red potatoes, and spicy aioli. This dish is available during lunch and dinner.

If you want a good variety of seafood in one dish, you may want to enjoy a New England Seafood Pot Pie. This pot pie is filled with shrimp, scallops, jumbo lump crab, catch of the day, baby vegetables, brandy-cream sauce, and topped with a flaky house-baked crust. This pot pie is $34 and available during dinner only.

Of course, a meal isn’t complete without dessert. If you enjoy a crème brûlée, you may want to check out the Banana Crème Brûlée. This features brûléed banana, banana cream, puff pastry, and a raspberry sauce.

If you’re looking for a plant-based dessert, you may want to check out the Peanut Butter-Marshmallow Cup. This dessert features a plant-based peanut butter mousse, potato meringue, and a chocolate shell.

Another dessert option you may enjoy is a Boston Cream Pie. This cream pie features vanilla chiffon, vanilla bean mousse, chocolate glaçage, and a raspberry sauce.
