This is the way. Make a Star Wars story, then make a LEGO version inspired by it. The newest Star Wars story to get this treatment comes from The Mandalorian. After The Mandalorian and Grogu arrived in theaters earlier this year, another version is heading to Disney+. Today, it was announced that LEGO Star Wars: The Mandalorian will be coming to Disney+ in September.
The new special will arrive on Disney+ on September 2nd and comes from a collaboration between Lucasfilm and The LEGO Group. It promises to be full of laughter and action-packed fun. This adventure will celebrate favorite stories and characters that come from all three seasons of The Mandalorian. This will be a hit with Star Wars and LEGO fans of all ages.
Along with revealing this new special, Lucasfilm also shared the teaser poster for it. It shows a first look at Din Djarin and baby Grogu’s first meeting as seen in the very first episode of The Mandalorian.

For fans attending D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event, there will be the chance to attend an exclusive early screening of LEGO Star Wars: The Mandalorian on August 15th. The full lineup of panels and offerings for this ultimate Disney fan event can be found here.
A trailer for LEGO Star Wars: The Mandalorian has not been released yet. However, it can be expected before the arrival of this new special on Disney+ in September.
