Disneyland to Celebrate 71 Years of Magic with Special Birthday Cavalcade

July 17, 2026 marks 71 years since Walt Disney welcomed the world to Disneyland with these words – “To all who come to this happy place, welcome.”

Disneyland marks this special day every year, and will have a special version of the “Celebrate Happy” Cavalcade today at 1:30pm.

The Celebrate Happy Cavalcade – Disneyland’s Birthday Celebration Edition will feature the Disneyland Band along with Mickey Mouse and his friends as they sing “Happy Birthday” to The Happiest Place On Earth. Sing along will take place at Sleeping Beauty Castle, Main Street, U.S.A., and Town Square.

Daps Magic will be on hand to cover the festivities, and will be sharing video and photos later today.
