The Disney Store has announced a new program to help make for an easier shopping process on DisneyStore.com, utilizing AI. This is part of a broader effort to personalize the shopping experience on Disney’s online retail destination.

Currently, the AI Personal Shopping Assistant is being offered to select customers who use the Disney Store iOS App. In the future, it will broaden to more uses, including those with Android and web browsers. When it is completely rolled out, this new tool will respond conversationally while shoppers look for their next purchase on the Disney Store. Whether you’re looking for the perfect gift, styling your next Disney Parks day outfit, or simply browsing for something new, Disney Store’s AI Personal Shopping Assistant will deliver an experience fans can only find with Disney Store – yet another great reason to use the Disney Store App.

Complete with faster one click shopping, push notifications for new products and sales, and simple and real time tracking for your orders, Disney Store’s App will soon also help with your biggest question yet: what do I buy?
