In a new video showcasing hidden secrets throughout Disney Adventure World, Disney Parks also revealed more about a highly anticipated attraction coming to the park. This is an attraction based on the 1994 animated classic The Lion King. In the video that recaps the initial announcement for the area, Imagineers describe what is going into recreating the savannah as seen in the film. This particular focus is on the plant life that is needed to make the area look correct. They reveal exactly how that is being done, along with some other things that will bring the area and attraction to life. This includes state-of-the-art Audio-Animatronics, projections, and more! Disney Adventure World officially opened to the public on March 29, 2026. Formerly, the park was known as the Walt Disney Studios.
