Gideon’s Bakehouse is one of the most popular venues found at Disney Springs. Every day, fans line up to get the delicious treats that can be found inside. Now, Gideon’s is expanding with a new offering at Walt Disney World Resort called Six Ravens.
At Six Ravens, guests will be able to find grab-and-go hand pies. The signature creation, known as Coffyns, is a house-made yeast-roll that is stuffed with savory fillings. These draw inspiration from Medieval European pastry cases. The original “coffyns” were designed to preserve hearty meals for those going on long pilgrimages. Their addition at Disney Springs will provide a fantastic new offering as guests grab food and go enjoy Disney magic throughout Disney Springs and beyond!
Along with the Coffyns, Six Ravens will also have smashed potatoes and dips to enjoy. These dips include sweet heat and homemade honey mustard. On top of that, Six Ravens will also have local craft beers on hand in partnership with Orlando favorites like Sideward Brewing and The Ravenous Pig.
