The Tomorrowland Theater is once again open at Disneyland. It has been closed for quite some time. However, on May 22nd, the theater reopened as the new home for the Pixar Short Film Spotlight. This is an experience that offers guests the chance to watch three Pixar shorts. Guests who visit can watch:
- Luxo Jr.
- Smash and Grab
- Lou
The presentation with the three Pixar shorts originally opened as part of Pixar Fest in 2018. On the opening day of Pixar Short Film Spotlight, the hours were from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. It is possible that this could change, so check the Disneyland App or website to confirm times. The presentation of these three shorts runs just under 20 minutes. The reopening of the Tomorrowland Theater is the first time that it has been accessible to guests since 2020. Previously, this location housed The Path of the Jedi. It closed in 2020 when the parks closed due to the pandemic. Sadly, it never reopened. Now it is back, and guests can get out of the sun and the heat and enjoy some fun Pixar short films throughout the summer!
