Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year. To celebrate, D23 is teaming up with Street Food Cinema to offer a variety of fan-favorite film anniversaries. Up first is the swashbuckling and action-packed Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest. The screening is happening on May 23, 2026, at 5:30 pm at The Autry Museum of the American West in Griffith Park. The evening will include a wonderful place to view this film, along with D23 photo ops, a variety of delicious food trucks to dine from, and a special themed event gift. • 5:30 p.m. PT: Doors open first for guests who purchased their tickets through D23.com (30 minutes early, before regular-admission tickets). Once doors open, enjoy photo ops and food trucks!
• 7:45 p.m. PT: Pre-show begins.
• 8:15 p.m. PT: Film begins.

Captain Jack Sparrow (Disney Legend Johnny Depp) has a blood debt to pay: He owes his soul to ghastly Davy Jones (Bill Nighy) unless he can cheat death—and eternal damnation—by seizing the fabled “Dead Man’s Chest.” Tremble in terror as the mighty “Kraken” roars from the ocean depth to split planks, crush hulls, and snap bones. Contains tobacco depictions. This film is rated PG-13.

NOTES

• CHAIRS: Low chairs only, which sit 6 inches off the ground (e.g. beach chairs). No tall chairs, please. If you need any assistance during the event, the Street Food Cinema Staff will be happy to assist you.
• PETS: This event is dog friendly; leashes required. *Please be responsible with your dog and respectful of other guests. Dogs who engage in aggressive behavior with people or other dogs will be asked to leave the property. The owners of any dog who engage in such a nature assume full responsibility for their dog’s actions.
• PARKING: Free parking available at and near the Autry Museum and throughout Griffith Park.
• OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGE: Outside food and beverage is welcome inside the venue (alcohol excluded); there will also be a variety of food trucks on site with food available for purchase!

• D23 Members may reserve a ticket for themselves and up to three (3) guest(s) for this event.
• Each attendee, including the D23 Member and their guest(s), must possess a valid, individual event ticket to be admitted.
• Ticket quantities are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• To reserve tickets, D23 Members must log in using their valid D23 Member account credentials and assign a legal first and last name for each guest’s ticket.
  • Tickets are non-transferable and must be used by the individual(s) named at the time of purchase. D23 Members and each of their guests over the age of 18 may be required to show a valid government-issued ID matching the name on their ticket.

Age Requirements:

• All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who must also possess a valid event ticket.
• Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest is rated PG-13 for intense sequences of adventure violence, including frightening images. Some material may be inappropriate for children under 13.

Entry Requirements:

• All D23 Members must present a valid D23 Membership card (physical or digital via the D23 App) along with a valid event ticket at check-in.
• D23 Members and each of their guests over the age of 18 may be required to show a valid government-issued ID matching the name on their ticket.
• Failure to present a valid membership card, a corresponding ticket, and a valid government-issued ID matching the name on their ticket may result in denial of admission without refund or further obligation by D23.

Event Conduct and Restrictions:

• Unauthorized video or audio recording of any kind during the presentation and/or screening is strictly prohibited.
• D23 reserves the right to deny admission or remove any individual who fails to comply with event rules, disrupts the event, or violates the terms and conditions of participation.
• To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, all D23 Members and guests attending this D23 event are expected to adhere to the stated Disney rules (as applicable, and, including without limitation, with respect to Guest Courtesy Policies) found here.

Any ticketed Members or their guests who do not personally attend the event, forfeit their place, as well as all experiences, benefits, and gifts associated with the event. D23 Members must be present or guests will not gain admittance to the event.

All D23 events are subject to change without notice. All ticket sales are final. There are strictly no cancellations or refunds regardless of reason (including, without limitation, due to illness, change in travel plans, etc.) and tickets are not transferable.
