New drinks are debuting at EPCOT’s GEO-82. This 21+ lounge and bar at EPCOT is found in the back of the Spaceship Earth building, facing World Showcase Lagoon. This provides for some beautiful views while enjoying some tasty bites and delicious drinks. GEO-82 officially opened on June 4, 2025. Just short of a year later, it is now introducing these new drinks for guests to enjoy. Check out the new offerings below!
Tuscan Olive Oil Martini – Savory, Herbaceous, Memorable; VUSA African Vodka, Dolin Dry Vermouth de Chambéry, Olive Oil, Tomato, Parmesan Crisp
Clarified Bee’s Knees – Bee-utifully smooth, Honeyed, Milk-washed; Barr Hill Reserve Tom Cat Gin, Honey, Lemon, Thyme. Inspired by EPCOT’s commitment to agriculture and conservation.
Pink Peppercorn Clover Club – Elegant, Floral, Touch of Spice; Fords Gin, Dolin Blanc Vermouth de Chambéry, Raspberry, Pink Peppercorn, Lemon
These drinks join other offerings at GEO-82, including the Brown Butter Old Fashioned and the Clarified New York Sour. Some tasty dishes include the Jumbo Lump Crab Gâteau and the Truffled Ahi Tuna. Fans can also book reservations for the GEO-82 Fireworks Experience. This gives a lovely view of Luminous The Symphony of Us as guests enjoy champagne, savory bites, and then some sweets throughout the course of the evening. It can be booked on the Walt Disney World website or the My Disney Experience app.
