Scrims and scaffolding are coming down from around the Carthay Circle Restaurant and Lounge. With their disappearance has come the revelation that there is now a fence around the outside of the terrace that is a part of the Carthay Circle Lounge. The new fence replaces boxes that had plants in them previously. It is unknown if there will be any plans added to this space in the future.
Friend of Daps Magic, Clocky from Sent From Disneyland, stopped by Disney California Adventure on Friday and took pictures of this new fence around the outside dining area for Carthay Circle Lounge. Check out the video and photos here:
