If you’re a foodie, the Disneyland Resort is the place to be starting April 30. New cold brews, sweet treats, and refreshing drinks are just some of the items debuting on that day. Also coming April 30 are seven new salads.

First up is the Steak Salad at Harbour Galley across from the Haunted Mansion at Disneyland. This salad features roasted tri-tip, blistered broccolini, haricots verts, pickled fennel, sweet peppers, and red wine vinaigrette.

At Hungry Bear Barbecue Jamboree, you will find a Barbecue Salad. This salad has chopped brisket, romaine and kale mixed greens, cucumber, carrots, corn rib, and chile-lime vinaigrette.

If you remember the McShaker Salads from McDonald’s in the 1990s, you may want to get the Chicken Niçoise Shaker Salad at Edelweiss Snacks across from Matterhorn Bobsleds. This has mixed greens, grilled chicken, hard-boiled eggs, green beans, cherry tomatoes, olive tapenade, and potato chips served with honey mustard dressing.

A Strawberry Pecan Salad is coming to Royal Street Veranda in New Orleans Square at Disneyland near Pirates of the Caribbean. This salad has romaine and kale mixed greens, fennel, strawberries, candied pecans, and strawberry vinaigrette. This is a plant-based salad.

Over at Disney California Adventure, an Achiote Chicken Salad can be found at Paradise Garden Grill. This has achiote-marinated chicken, crisp romaine lettuce, roasted corn, black beans, tomatoes, crispy tortilla chips, and cotija cheese tossed in a spicy Caesar dressing.

Also at Disney California Adventure, at Flo’s V8 Café, is a Race Day Salad. This features fresh romaine lettuce topped with golden crispy chicken, crisp snap peas, shaved carrot, zesty ranch dressing, shredded parmesan, and chopped bacon.

The final salad coming to the Disneyland Resort can be found at Red Rose Taverne in Fantasyland at Disneyland. The Chicken Niçoise Salad is similar to the Shaker Salad coming to Edelweiss Snacks, except it’s not served in a shaker cup. This salad has mixed greens, grilled chicken, hard-boiled eggs, green beans, cherry tomatoes, olive tapenade, and potato chips served with honey mustard dressing.
