New items are being added to the menu at Rancho del Zocalo Restaurante in Frontierland at Disneyland. The new items will be arriving on the menu on April 30, 2025. It comes as Disneyland continues to refresh its menus to provide culinary excellence for its guests. The following new items have been announced as coming to the restaurant at the end of the month.
Shrimp Ceviche: Shrimp, aguachile marinade, salsa macha, and guacatillo with tostadas
Fresas con Crema: Strawberries with sweet cream and cheesecake bites
Iced Cafe de Olla: Cold brew, horchata cream, and flan custard
