There are a lot of exciting things happening at Disneyland Paris. Throughout Disneyland Paris, there have been transformations happening all over the place. This ranges from hotels to entertainment, to the transformation of an entire park! Next year, Walt Disney Studios will be debuting as Disney Adventure World!
Disney World Premiere
Part of the transformation of Walt Disney Studios to Disney Adventure World includes a new experience as guests enter the park. Disney World Premiere will be the new entrance for this park. It will feature a completely reimagined interior with new décor, refurbished spaces, and, perhaps most importantly, it will have a new storyline. Today, Disney shared a first look at this new entrance to what will be Disney Adventure Park. Disney also revealed that Disney World Premiere will be opening on May 15, 2025!
Disneyland Paris President Natacha Rafalski shared, “As our second gate continues its transformation, we are proud to be unveiling the next milestone with the opening of World Premiere in a few weeks. As part of the 2-billion-euro investment plan announced in 2018, we continue to reinvent this park with a fresh creative vision. At the end of its expansion journey—which includes the opening of Adventure Way, Adventure Bay, and World of Frozen in 2026, and later an immersive world themed to The Lion King—we’ll have reimagined more than 90% of the park’s offerings since its debut in 2002, and roughly doubled its footprint to truly become a can’t-miss experience!”
When guests enter Disney World Premiere, they will find themselves invited to a glamorous Hollywood premiere. In the building, there will be a new quick-service dining location, The Hollywood Gardens Restaurant. Not far away will be the Searchlight Kiosk that has snacks. Mickey’s of Hollywood Boutique will offer the chance to shop when coming or going.
Disney Premiere Plaza
As guests exit Disney World Premiere they will find themselves in the heart of World Premiere Plaza. This area is inspired by Broadway and the West End district. Just like Broadway or the West End, there are several theaters found here. These theaters celebrate several Disney Animation and Pixar stories. This includes TOGETHER: a Pixar Musical Adventure, Mickey and the Magician, and Frozen: A Musical Invitation.
Work continues on this area by Disney Imagineers. This includes the reimagining of pathways and the creation of colorful murals. The area is also being re-landscaped. On top of that, there will be new Art Deco-inspired street furniture found in the Plaza. Work will continue in phases for Disney Premiere Plaza. This is to minimize the impact on the guests who are visiting while the work continues. This area will be completed before the official opening of Disney Adventure World in 2026.
Other announcements were shared today regarding the future of Disney Adventure World at Disneyland Paris. This includes new details about The Lion King attraction.
