Aquatopia at Tokyo DisneySea is one of several attractions that guests will be able to cool off and ‘Get Soaked’ on this summer. For a limited time, during the Summer Cool-off at Tokyo Disney Resort, the chance to get wet on this attraction and others will be magnified. All of this is in an effort to help guests get some respite from Japan’s summer heat. The ‘Get Soaked’ options will be offered from July 2 through September 15, 2025.
Get Soaked at Tokyo DisneySea
For the ‘Get Soaked’ version of Aquatopia, the water will be turned up. This will provide some unpredictable splashes on this already unpredictable ride.
Guests will have another opportunity to cool off in the water at Tokyo DisneySea during this limited time as well. Over at Piazza Topolino and Lido Isle, “‘Get Soaked’ Harbor Splash” will be offered for the first time. Concept art of what it will look like was shared by Tokyo Disney Resort:

Over at Tokyo Disneyland, there will be other opportunities to cool off with water. The Splash Mountain “Get Soaked MAX Plus” version of the attraction returns this year. However, this year the water will be turned up even more. Guests will be drenched even more when they visit their laughing place.
Over in Mickey’s Toontown, there will be some more fun opportunities to cool off. “Get Soaked” Toontown will see water popping up (quite literally). This will allow guests to cool off as they play in the park. Tokyo Disney Resort shared, “The Trolley Barn at Jolly Trolley will feature cool mist and spraying water, and Toontown Fire Department and Fireworks Factory will also spout water. Guests will be able to enjoy the hot summer months with these fun offerings.”
“Baymax’s Mission: Cool Down” will be offered along the parade route. Guests will get to see their favorite personal healthcare companion robot from the Disney Animation film Big Hero 6. He will return to protect people from the heat… yes, water is included in this one too.
There will also be other opportunities to cool off during Summer Cool-off at Tokyo Disney Resort. This includes The Happy Ride with Baymax – Special Version (with a themed song to the celebration) and Country Bear Theater “Vacation Jamboree” at Tokyo Disneyland. At Tokyo DisneySea, guests can enjoy the Dockside Splash Remix, a new show in the evening with Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, and other friends!
