On this day in 2003, The Diamond Horseshoe Revue ran for the last time in the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World. The show had been an opening day attraction, performed up to 10 times daily since 1971. Originally, it included a live band, singers, cancan dancers, and even legendary performer Wally Boag, who had relocated from the Golden Horseshoe in Disneyland. After the Revue’s closing, Goofy’s Country Dancin’ Jamboree took over in July.
