The Dickens Yuletide Band is a wonderful breakout band that plays a variety of Christmas/holiday music at Disneyland. Traditionally, this brass band has been found on Main Street, USA. This year, however, things are a bit different and the band has a new home. The band is now performing at the Fantasyland Theatre as a part of the Holiday Fun with Santa & Friends!
This new home for the Dickens Yuletide Band makes it much easier to see and hear the band. Often on Main Street, USA, the band could get lost as guests walked around them and the area near them unless they were on the steps of Main Street Station. In their new location, the band plays on the stage and just outside the theater near the giant Christmas postcard.
Holiday Fun with Santa & Friends! is offered from 10:00 to 5:00 PM during the Holidays at the Disneyland Resort. The band performs sporadically throughout the day. Guests can also meet Santa at this location along with a collection of Disney friends including Chip ‘n’ Dale, Goofy, and Pluto. There are also some holiday animated shorts played on the screen, storytime, crafts, sing-alongs, and more!
