During Disney’s Upfronts this week, a trailer and release date was shared for the fourth season of Only Murders in the Building. The announcements were made by Steve Martin, Martin Short and Selena Gomez. In this season, Charles (Martin), Oliver (Short) & Mabel (Gomez) will be heading to Hollywood while also trying to figure out who killed Charles’ friend and stunt double at the end of season 3. The fourth season will be arriving on Hulu on August 27, 2024.
The trailer shows the trio on their way to California and Charles shows off his negotiating skills. It also shows some of the new cast members who have joined the the series. This season sees quite the collection of guest stars joining the show. This includes the return of Meryl Streep, Jane Lynch, Michael Cyril Creighton and Da’Vine Joy Randolph. They will be joined by newcomers Eugene Levy, Eva Longoria, Zach Galifianakis, Molly Shannon, Kumail Nanjiani and Richard Kind. Check out the trailer below.

Questioning whether she or Charles was the intended victim, their investigation leads them all the way to Los Angeles where a Hollywood studio is readying a film about the Only Murders podcast. As Charles, Oliver & Mabel race back to New York, they embark on an even more epic journey — traversing their building’s courtyard to delve into the twisted lives of the Arconia’s West Tower residents.
