There are a lot of changes happening at the Downtown Disney District at the Disneyland Resort. This has seen the re-imagining of some restaurants, replacement of others, and completely new arrivals making their way as well! It also has seen some stores close their doors and move around. One store that is currently seeing things from a different perspective right now is Marceline’s Confectionary. This delicious candy shop is getting some tender loving care to enhance the guest experience when it reopens.
While the main storefront of Marceline’s Confectionary is currently (and temporarily) closed, that doesn’t mean that the business is. In fact, it’s almost in the exact same place! While construction is happening inside, sweet treats are being sold outside just steps away… quite literally. A stand has been erected in front of the main entrance to Marceline’s and is offering some favorite sweets from the store.

Take a Look
Daps Magic team member Angela stopped by to check out the new setup for Marceline’s Confectionary. Take a look at how things work currently while the main store continues to be worked on.
It isn’t known at this time exactly when the main Marceline’s Confectionary will be reopening. When completed, it is believed that it will be expanded and more accommodating for the many guests looking to satisfy a craving for some sweets. In the meantime, this new stand for Marceline’s Confectionary seems to be offering a satisfying substitute for guests visiting the Disneyland Resort. Daps Magic will continue to monitor the progress at Marceline’s and provide updates as they become available.
