There are perks to being a Disneyland Magic Key Holder. Various times throughout the year, Magic Key Holders are invited to pick up special items. They are usually free when picked up during the designated times at the designated location with a valid Disneyland Magic Key and park reservation. Now another Magic Key Holder perk is coming to Disney California Adventure Park.
A special video posted on the Disneyland Magic Key Instagram account showed a special foam paw making its way around Pixar Pier at Disney California Adventure. Now it’s time to “Put Your Paws Up” and celebrate the “Better Together: A Pixar Pals Celebration” Parade as Disneyland Magic Key Holders can pick up a special foam Panda Mei paw at the Hyperion Theater courtyard at Disney California Adventure. This special foam paw will be available while supplies last from may through May 14, 2024.
To pick up this special limited-time keepsake, Magic Key Holders will need to join the Virtual Queue. Magic Key Holders who have entered either Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park with a valid theme park reservation can request to join the Virtual Queue starting at 12pm each day. To join the Virtual Queue, Magic Key Holders will need to go to the Virtual Queue page on the Disneyland App. Then, select “Join Virtual Queue” for the Magic Key Panda Paw Keepsake Pick Up. You’ll then receive a push notification when your queue group is called, and then have up to one hour to check in at the Hyperion Theater courtyard.
Each Magic Key Holder must be present and show a valid Magic Key pass when checking in to receive a keepsake. Virtual queues and park reservations where applicable, are limited and subject to availability, and joining a virtual queue does no guarantee participation in this offering. Offer may be modified and limited in availability and is subject to restrictions and change or cancellation without notice or liability. Limit one virtual queue entry and one keepsake per Magic Key Holder, while supplies last. Magic Key Holder must be present at time of keepsake redemption. Both a park reservation and valid admission are required for park entry.
Red Panda Mei can currently be seen in the Better Together: A Pixar Pals Celebration parade in Disney California Adventure. It is the first time that she has appeared in this form at the Disneyland Resort. Earlier in the year, Mei appeared at Disney California Adventure for the Lunar New Year celebration.
