2024 is in full swing, with so much in store for Disney fans! From brand-new stories coming soon to D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event, there’s a ton to look forward to as D23’s 15th anniversary year continues. The best part? The magic of these celebrations is only the beginning!
Being the ultimate Disney Fan means celebrating the countless tales that have been beloved by generations of fellow fans over the past century. It is D23’s pleasure to share your love of these stories while discovering new ways to celebrate their milestone anniversaries. In partnership with Street Food Cinema, D23 is thrilled to celebrate four of these big-screen anniversaries in 2024 with select outdoor screening celebrations! D23 tickets to these events include early entry, reserved premium viewing, access to an array of food trucks and snack stands with food and drinks available for purchase, and a D23 Event-Exclusive Commemorative Gift unique to each screening.
Adventure is out there! D23 is taking the 15th anniversary of “Up” celebration to new heights as they evoke the lush lost world of Paradise Falls at the Los Angeles County Arboretum in Arcadia, home to a rich diversity of flora and fauna. This includes some very similar to our favorite avian inhabitant of Paradise Falls. Come explore the wilderness with a screening celebration that’s sure to send your heart up in the clouds. Prepare to earn your “anniversary celebrating” badge! Tickets for this event are on sale now! Gold Member pricing: $27 (+$3 Processing Fee) per ticket. General Member pricing: $32 (+$3 Processing Fee) per ticket. Event takes place Saturday, May 18.
Sebastian, Flounder, Ursula, and Ariel have been part of our world for 35 years and it’s time to celebrate with a massive splash of a bash! D23 and Street Food Cinema invite you to dip your toes (and fins) into the watery world of The Little Mermaid with a very special “swim-in” outdoor screening at The Hansen Dam Aquatic Center! All can channel their own “little mermaid”—enjoying the iconic movie as they flip their fins in the largest pool in the continental United States! Tickets for this screening will go on sale April 12! Gold Member pricing: $35 (+$3 Processing Fee) per ticket. General Member pricing: $41 (+$3 Processing Fee) per ticket. Event takes place Saturday, June 8.
The most practically perfect fans on earth will want to celebrate the 60th anniversary of Mary Poppins. If you want this choice position, have a cheery disposition, and join us to celebrate 60 years that have been made sweeter by spoonfuls of sugar and steps in time. This supercalifragilisticexpialidocious celebratory screening takes place at Griffith Park, right next to the iconic carousel which inspired Walt Disney’s dream for Disneyland. Much like Mary Poppins, this setting boasts history and heart, sure to bring a smile to the face of any Disney Fan as they enjoy this “Jolly Holiday” of a movie under the stars. Where are your super suits!? You’re going to need them for this incredible celebration coming to Anaheim this August! Celebrating 20 Years of sensational “Supers,” this special screening helps continue the kickoff to D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event! This is an outdoor screening that’s miles beyond “sub-parr”! Gather your own incredible crew and meet us at the picturesque Pearson Park Amphitheatre for a night that’s sure to be BOLD. DRAMATIC. HEROIC! It’s possible this event could be the “greatest good” you are ever gonna get. However, there’s only one requirement – NO CAPES! Tickets for this screening go on sale May 3! - D23 Members may reserve a ticket for themselves and up to three (3) guests.
- Each attendee must have a ticket in their possession for entry.
- There are a limited number of tickets available. D23 Members must log in by using their D23 Member account information when reserving tickets.
- All guests under age 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to attend this D23 event and will require an event ticket for admission.
- Children under 5 years old do not require a ticket. However, only guests with D23 tickets will receive the event gift.
- D23 Members who do not bring their membership card and tickets may not be admitted to the event. Membership card may be a physical card or a digital membership card found in the D23 App.
- Ticketed Members and guests who do not attend the event forfeit their place, as well as all experiences, benefits, and gifts associated with the event. D23 Members must be present or guests will not gain admittance to the event.
- All D23 events are subject to change without notice. All ticket sales are final. There are strictly no cancellations or refunds regardless of reason (including, without limitation, due to illness, change in travel plans, etc.) and tickets are not transferable.
- PLEASE BE ADVISED – Permission to Film/Photograph/Record: Filming, photography, and other recording will take place during the event you will be attending. By entering the premises for the event, you irrevocably consent to and authorize Disney Worldwide Services, Inc., its parent, affiliated, and subsidiary companies, and their respective successors and assigns (collectively “Producer”) to photograph and make sound recordings of you and any children accompanying you (as may be applicable) and to use such photographs and recordings throughout the universe, in whole or in part, for any purpose whatsoever in all known and hereafter existing media and in any language in perpetuity. All such photographs and sound recordings will be the sole property of Producer.
