Disneyland Resort Refurbishment Report October 4, 2023

Disneyland Resort Refurbishment Report – October 4, 2023

Welcome back to another Disneyland Resort Refurbishment Report. There’s a lot happening this week!

First off, we start over at Disney California Adventure. Progress is being made at Schmoozies. Menu signs went up this week, and the refurbishment has been extended through at least November 14. That’s as far as the refurbishment calendar goes. Over at Paradise Gardens Park, Golden Zephyr has reopened.

Since it is HalloweenTime, there are new Haul-O-Ween posters in Cars Land. Those are always fun to see, and add to the magic of Cars Land.

As we park hop over to Disneyland, we make our way into Tomorrowland. There we can see new blue tarps and more scaffolding on Space Mountain itself. That work has now gone vertical.

Over in Frontierland, work continues on the extended refurbishment of the Mark Twain Riverboat.

The Golden Horseshoe has reopened following its refurbishment. There is new flooring on the first level, and everything looks refreshed.

Looks like things are progressing over at the Adventureland Treehouse. The water wheel was undergoing testing.

At Fantasy Faire, the tarps are scaffolding were removed this past week to reveal their new paint job.

We head to Mickey’s Toontown for an update on CenTOONial Park. Bricks have replaced the grass near the Mickey and Minnie fountain. Things seem to be on track for an October 23rd opening.

Well, that’s all we have for this week’s Disneyland Refurbishment Report. We will see you again next week for more updates!
